Constitutional Anxt-Away Tincture

A herbal blend for chronic, low-grade, anxious type people. This formula combines adaptogenic and strong Chinese herbs/minerals to lessen the reactivity of the sympathetic nervous system, also known as the 'Fight or Flight' response, in times of stress. Some people may be chronically in this cycle, causing long-term circulation of cortisol (stress and inflammatory hormone) thus perpetuating chronic anxiety.  This formula should be taken in a low dose and consistently (low dose, long-term use) to see significant results in one's overall stress response.

Actions: Yin tonic, Nervine, Nutritive, Anxiolytic

General Dosage:  30-50 drops 3x/day into a small amount of water, use as consistently as possible.

Therapeutic Dosage: (High Dose) 2.5ml into a small amount of water 3x/day, for chronic and strong anxiety.

Herbs: Spirit Poria, Reishi*, American Ginseng*, Zizyphus, Fo-Ti, Polygala, Schizandra berry*, Asparagus root*, Dragon bone, Oatseed*, Biota seed* (*organic ingredients, g/f)
