'Detox' Acetic Acid Herbal Infusion (Less than 1% alcohol)

This gentle detoxification regime is mild yet effective.  'Detox' an 8 herb-infused locally-made organic apple cider vinegar, helps to heighten the efficiency of the main detoxification organs; liver, kidneys, and colon. This blend contains less than 1% alcohol and is used for a gentle spring or fall detoxification regime along with clean eating, lots of water, and rest.  Detoxification should be uncomfortable during the detox period, but a user will feel better after this 5-10 day regime as this is how proper detoxification should feel.  After detoxifying, it is always recommended to 'build'.  Building means eating a variety of high protein foods, foods high in antioxidants like vegetables and some fruit, lots of water, easily digested foods avoiding processed/refined carbohydrates, and taking organ 'building' herbs like those found in Rtemisia's 'Support Adrenals' tincture.

Actions: Detoxifying, Depurative, Diuretic, Cholagogue, Bitters, Anti-inflammatory, Carminative, Hepatoprotective, Nephroprotective, Antioxidant

Adult dose: For a gentle detox add 1 tsp (5ml) to a small amount of warm water 3x/day before meals for 10 days, for a stronger detox add 2 tsp (10ml) to a small amount of warm water 3x/day before meals for 5 days

Herbs:  Chamomile flower, Cleavers, Spinach, Dandelion leaf, Parsley root, Parsley leaf, Gentian root tincture, Yellow dock root tincture *contains less than 1% alcohol

Cautions: Not to be used with kidney, gallbladder, or liver disorders, may cause mild headache, slight nausea, sleepiness, mild diarrhea, and/or other potential detoxification symptoms

Storage: Refrigerate after opening, expiry is 2-3 years depending on storage and formulation type, expiry is outlined on the bottle.
