Female Urinary Health Tincture

Post-infection and preventative use for balancing the delicate microbiome of the female urinary tract, as well as, overall kidney filtration/function/adaptation.  This formula helps soothe the urethra from irritation, encourages fluid balance within the kidneys, and helps with toxin/microbe elimination.

Actions: Diuretic, anti-microbial, anti-spasmodic, tonic

Dosage: 50 drops (low dose) - 150 drops (5ml, high dose) 3x/day into a small amount of water. Take 100 drops (high dose) when urinary frequency/urgency/burning occurs until symptoms subside, then take 50 drops (lose dose) for up to 1 week. For prevention of UTI infections, take 50 drops (low dose) up to 3x/day for 3 months. For acute or consistent use.

Herbs: Cleavers*, Dandelion root and leaf*, Poria, Marshmallow*, Cornsilk*, Pipsissewa*, Water plantain, Urva Ursi*, Ginger* (*organic ingredients, g/f, v)   

Ethanol, distilled water 1:4 tincture

Cautions: Adult use only, contains ethanol, not to be used at the same time as antibiotics or diuretics, if infection/pain persists or worsens (radiates into the lower back) it is suggested to seek medical attention right away. Not to be used with blood-thinning medications without professional consultation. Take 1-2 hours away from other pharmaceuticals/herbals/supplements and/or consult a medical professional about interactions that may occur.

Storage: Keep out of direct sunlight, and store in a cool dark place, expiry is 5-7 years depending on storage and formulation type, the expiry is outlined on the bottle.
