This formula increases progesterone and balances estrogen as well as androgens to regulate and relieve peri-menopausal symptoms like PMS, hot flashes, night sweats, etc.

Actions: Tonic, emmenagogue, circulatory stimulant

General Dosage: 30 drops into a small amount of water 3x/day.

Therapeutic Dosage: (High Dose) 2.5ml into a small amount of water 3x/day.

Herbs: Vitex/Chaste tree berry*, Motherwort*, Hawthorne*, Yarrow*, Dong Quai* (*organic ingredients, g/f, v)

Ethanol, distilled water 1:4 tincture

Cautions: Adult use only, contains ethanol, not to be used with blood-thinning or hormone-replacement medications without professional consultation. Not to be used by women with menorrhagia (excessive menstrual bleeding). Take 1-2 hours away from other pharmaceutical/herbal/supplements, or consult a medical professional about interactions that may occur.

Storage: Keep out of direct sunlight, and store in a cool dark place, expiry is 5-7 years depending on storage and formulation type, the expiry is outlined on the bottle.
