Miso Honey

'Miso Honey', made with organic miso sourced from Japan, slow-infused into Canadian organic honey, is a unique Rtemisia Infused Honey product with a high-quality taste and nutritional profile.

This Rtemisia Infused Honey, is slightly salty and nutty, it can be added to coffee to make something similar to a salted caramel-tasting drink, as well as being added to other food items (i.e. eaten with baked goods) or eaten on its own. This product has the additional benefit, along with the rich and delicious taste, of providing a potent source of probiotics, to help with balancing the microbiome of the gut, thus balancing the immune system.

Miso is a traditional Japanese seasoning that is made from fermenting soybeans with salt and kōji and, in this case, rice (Rtemisia Miso Honey is a gluten-free product).  White Miso (shiro), is fermented for no longer than 2 months to create a mild umami flavor.
