Nighty Nite Tincture

A Western-formulated herbal blend to assist in falling and staying asleep.

Actions: Sedative, carminative, hypnotic, nervine

General Dosage:  30 drops into a small amount of water 30 minutes before bed, then another dose just before bed, for acute use, staggering dosages to every second day if used consistently as the body will adjust and tolerance may go up.

Therapeutic Dosage: (High Dose) 2.5ml (1/2 tsp) into a small amount of water 30 minutes before bed, then another dose just before bed, for acute use, staggering dosages to every second day if used consistently as the body will adjust and tolerance may go up.

Mid-night dose: 30 drops or up to 2.5ml (1/2 tsp) into a small amount of water can be used in the middle of the night to return the user to sleep.

Herbs: Skullcap*, California poppy*, Hops*, Chamomile*, Passionflower*, Valerian*(*organic ingredients, g/f, v)

Ethanol, distilled water 1:4 tincture

Cautions:  Adult use only, contains ethanol, causes drowsiness, not for use with anti-depressants/anti-psychotics or blood-thinning medications without professional consultation. Not to be used with other sleep medications or supplements that can contribute to an additive effect.  Take 1-2 hours away from other pharmaceuticals/herbals/supplements, or consult a medical professional about interactions that may occur.

Storage: Keep out of direct sunlight, and store in a cool dark place, expiry is 5-7 years depending on storage and formulation type, the expiry is outlined on the bottle.
