'Skin Repair' Calendula Flower Infused Bath & Body Oil (Topical)
Calendula (Calendula officinalis) can be used for minor wounds and overall dry or irritated skin, its' mechanism of action helps with increasing angiogenesis (development of new blood vessels), formation of collagen, as well as increasing nucleoprotein and glycoprotein metabolism. These processes increase overall skin circulation helping to form new tissue and help with soft tissue repair.
Actions: Vulnerary, Antiseptic, Anti-inflammatory, Mild Circulatory stimulant
Adult dose: Apply to skin as needed and/or Add 1-2 tbsp into the warm bath water and massage into skin.
Child dose: Apply to skin as needed and/or Add 1-2 tbsp into the warm bath water and massage into skin.
Herbs: Calendula petal* slow-infused unrefined organic sunflower seed oil, Almond oil*, Rosehip oil*, Calendula petals*, Benzoin resin as a natural preservative (*organic, g/f, vegan)

*always apply a small test patch and leave for 24 hours before more extensive use
Cautions: Not to be used with seed or nut allergies, not to be used on/in deep open or infected wounds/burns, discontinue use if irritation or allergic reaction occurs. Keep out of eyes, mouth, and other mucous membranes.
Storage: Store out of direct sunlight or heat, expiry is 2-3 years depending on storage and formulation type, expiry is outlined on the bottle.
