Considered a yin tonic (TCM descriptive word of action that helps with fluid balancing, calming, and grounding), this blend is made up of powerful adrenal nourishing and adaptogenic Chinese/Western herbs to help one's body adapt to stressful life events or strong life changes i.e. menopause, workaholic types, motherhood, etc. by acting on adrenal function and health.

Actions: Yin tonic, Adaptogen, Anxiolytic

General Dosage:  30-50 drops 3x/day into a small amount of water, use as consistently as possible.

Therapeutic Dosage: (High Dose) 5ml into a small amount of water 3x/day, for chronic, strong anxiety, and adrenal fatigue.

Herbs: Eleuthero*, Schizandra berry*, American Ginseng*, Ashwagandha*, Licorice*, Rhodiola*, Ginger* (*organic ingredients, g/f, v) 

Ethanol, distilled water 1:4 tincture

Cautions: Adult use only, contains ethanol, not to be used with anti-depressants/anti-psychotics/blood-thinning medications without professional consultation. Take 1-2 hours away from other pharmaceuticals/herbals/supplements and/or consult a medical professional about interactions that may occur.

Storage: Keep out of direct sunlight, and store in a cool dark place, expiry is 5-7 years depending on storage and formulation type, the expiry is outlined on the bottle.
