TCM Defense Formula Tincture

This Traditional Chinese formula also referred to as Jade Screen, helps aid in protecting the Wei Qi (in western terms it is similar to the immune system) specifically by halting the invasion of pathogenic Wind (viruses, bacteria, dampness, cold/heat, etc.).  It is said to bolster the immune system via Lung energetics and meridians, as well as create a barrier to pathogenic invasion by closing the pores and stopping sweating.

Actions: Qi tonic, immune tonic, Spleen yang tonic, diuretic, antihistamine, antipyretic, immunostimulant, antibacterial, antiallergic, carminative

General Dosage: 30 drops into a small amount of water 3x/day, used for low dose and long-term to gradually build up the immune system.

Herbs:  Astragalus*, Sileris (Fang Feng), Atractylodes* (*organic ingredients, g/f, v)

Ethanol, distilled water 1:4 tincture

Cautions:  Adult use only, contains ethanol, not to be used at the same time as antibiotic/anti-viral medications. Not to be used with immunosuppressant/blood-thinning medications or with certain autoimmune disorders without professional consultation. Take 1-2 hours away from other pharmaceuticals/herbals/supplements and/or consult a medical professional about interactions that may occur.   

Storage: Keep out of direct sunlight, and store in a cool dark place, expiry is 5-7 years depending on storage and formulation type, the expiry is outlined on the bottle.
